im not sure that marketing the pre show match as "The best ever" vs "Super Bad" is the right way to go

 

AEW still has so much to learn in terms of production that it may actually hold them back for a while. Conference was fine, but these events still feel very amateur

Observation 15 minutes into the Behind the Bell doc. They seem to be cutting Marty out/minimizing him as much as possible.

 

Im gonna put up a very minimal Double or Nothing card tonight. I'll combine it with the MitB results I already have and post them together after the weekend

Finally watched the MITB ppv...some decent stuff in there with the women...the crowd reactions for Bayley were nice to hear especially. And the mens MITB match was incredible for 99% of it...reminded me of Sami/KO murdering each other...but holy LOL at Brock getting that moment. Drew winning after murdering Ricochet would have made perfect sense. Hell, Id have even taken Randy as Mr MITB after the RKO over what they did.

They've now killed Braun multiple times to push Brock, and they just took all the momentum away from everyone in the match for no good reason...when Balor/Andrade/Ali were out there taking insane bumps.
