Nothing beats the OG American Football S/T


Just way too much nostalgia with that album to even think about anything else they have ever done matching it.

I did enjoy the 2019 album, wasn't crazy about 2016.

 

Honestly (no pun intended), I love the first record because it was obviously how I got into them and made me fall in love with the band, but LP3 is amazing in my opinion. I think LP1 and LP3 are tied for me.

Even though I have (and I'm sure most people) have LP2 last, I definitely don't hate it. There are some really good tracks on there that I still revisit.

 

I love LP2 but 1 & 3 are better

 

There's just no way in hell that LP1 doesn't win this.

LP2 is really good, it was just released like 15 years too late. If it was released as a follow up to LP1 instead of a comeback album it'd be held in higher regard. That said, still easily 3rd place haha.

like it’s been said, 2 was too much of a retread of 1 (but is still a solid album).

3 took things to a whole new level.
