My date's coming up this weekend in Minnesota and suddenly I think my 'must see' list is changing after re-listening to a bunch of bands again. I gave everyone on the lineup a listen when the lineup was first put out (see my initial choices here: Tour - Warped Tour 2017 Predicted Lineup) but surprisingly now some have fallen down/off, and a couple have snuck up there right at the last second... Here's my new list, in order, of must-sees to want-to-sees: - Attila (already seen) - I Prevail - Alestorm (already seen - would've been #1 if I hadn't) - Anti-Flag - The White Noise - Bad Omens - Stick To Your Guns - Neck Deep - The Adolescents - Trophy Eyes - After the Burial - counterparts - Gwar (already seen - would be much higher if I hadn't) - CKY - Knocked Loose - Movements - Silent Planet - Sworn In - Sick of it All - Fire From The Gods - Sylar - Candiria - Being As An Ocean (they really look rough live, otherwise would be much higher probably...) - T.S.O.L. any suggestions related to this list that anyone can give me?
Looking at your original list I'd recommend you still check out Our Last Night, their set was absolutely killer. I loved Watsky's set too so if you have time try to catch him. Neck Deep's sets were absolutely wild both days I saw them & they've been playing their new song instead of December, so again if you have time definitely try to catch them.
Okay, my list of bands to see is 1. Silvertooth (Mainly for Silverstein) 2. Dance Gavin Dance 3. Too Close To Touch 4. Neck Deep (Seen Before) 5. The Gospel Youth 6. Andy Black 7. Boston Manor/Creeper 8. blessthefall 9. I Prevail 10. Hands Like Houses 11. Jule Vera 12. New Years Day 13. Trophy Eyes 14. Sylar 15. Stacked Like Pancakes 16. Our Last Night 17. Being as an Ocean 15. I, Prevail 16. Anti-Flag
Also sorry for the double post, looking at Chicago's weather it says rain in the morning on Saturday. I really really hope that doesn't mean both main stages will be put in the amphitheater.... I can live with I Prevail/CKY inside but it would complete kill Beartooths set IMO. That pit is tiny!
I think they already put a main stage in the amp. If I'm not mistaken they switch off which mainstage goes in there each date. Anyone been to warped in the past two weeks a mainstage not be in the amphitheater?
Huh, seems like an outlier? Maybe I'm wrong but between videos/people on here seems like at least one stage has been in there every date for the last 2 weeks at least. But that's what it wasn't Year for Chicago so hoping for the same. Would be totally down for the ataris in the amphitheater and see Beartooth/CKY/I Prevail outside.
Municipal Waste is planing to 6000 people right now because they made everyone come into the amphitheater for storms
How many main stages are in side? And which stage is it, Right or Left foot? If my theory is correct, Right foot should be in there.
In case anyone hasn't heard, Chester Bennington of Linkin Park commited suicide this morning. #RIPChester
Remember that year LP played a set at warped and the collabs on each song were fucking SICK? RIP Chester
MD was Skullcandy/Hard Rock too. Edit: Didn't realize there were unrelated posts between this and the discussion. Oops
Felt bad for all of the older bands. They all had the smallest crowds of the day, even Hatebreeds wasn't too large.
