I'm seeing it rumored heavily but definitely want the Live '25 Oasis pressing that will undoubtedly be an assembly of those recordings from all the dates.
The DIIV live acoustic album is one of my favorites in my collection. And though I don’t spin it as often anymore, I really do love the John Mayer Trio live record. One of the best sounding live records out there for sure I’ve got a live Daughter record as well that sounds amazing, but it’s so close to the studio album quality that I’m pretty much always gonna go for the real thing
The Studio 4 records are good too but are kind of a different thing. The Balance and Composure one is amazing and The Starting Line’s three are all great as well
Wilco kicking television and most other live Wilco recordings from early-peak of the band are pretty fucking sick
I didn't know this story either! The first night of recording was infamous after Gilbert collapsed on stage after being shocked by a microphone. we were literally talking about live albums last week in this thread, a lot of good ones were mentioned. The Story So Far - I Want To Disappear (June 21, 2024) • Page 37 • forum.chorus.fm
New Found Glory Setlist at Chain Reaction, Anaheim He grabbed the mic during their set, got shocked, and went down. Their longtime tech Steve Looker played guitar in his place.
Parkway Drive - Killing With A Smile 20 Year Anniversary LP I prob would have gotten for nostalgia sake but $40 for a single LP sheesh.
we’re only a few months away from the 10 year anniversary. I don’t have the record yet so I’m going to hold out in case they do some cool pressing for that
easy answer but cant talk goat live albums without shouting out the band's last waltz. rock of ages and before the flood also rule
