How do y'all go about selling more niche titles that that last sold YEARS ago. Like something that sold for $75+ but the last sold copy was 1-2 years ago?

For example Ceremony - Rohnert Park on red last sold in March of 04 for $100, there's only listing here in the US for $250....what would be a good price to list at? $150?? Considering I've never sold on there I'm wary of selling stuff that high because I don't blame people for being unsure of buying from someone with no sales listed (I HAVE sold on there but lazy people never left feedback).

Or like I've got a variant of Old Gray's Slow Burn, that sold for $50 in 2021, then $80 last year so I'd assume it was on the rise.

 

Last one of their records I didn’t own (aside from a couple of 7” releases) and a nifty shirt they had. Some of the best people.

 

I think you list them at a value you feel comfortable with and go from there. You can always re-price. As far as being a new seller, you have to start somewhere. I find that if a seller is detailed in their listing, answers questions, and remain open to offers that usually leads to a good buying experience.

 

I guess we’ll soon find out if these IATA variants are truly “in hand.”

 

I got a shipping notification yesterday.

 

Yeah the handful of things I had sold previously were still sealed RSD stuff so I mentioned how they would be still sealed, what dings they might have had, and even sent pics when asked. Two of my buyers also had no feedback so I figured that's why they didn't leave me any, cuz they were new or something but I still left THEM feedback. No idea why they didn't return the favor. But yeah, I decided to just throw up some extra variants of stuff that maybe will earn me some feedback.

Here's my For Sale list if anyone is interested ....if you ARE we can always work on the price as I'm really looking to get feedback on the site so I'm not listed as a New Seller lol. These are what I have no problem selling but if anything else in my inventory interests you....just ask. It will most likely be a no but you never know.

Im listening to the third Eve 6 album and now I recall liking it when it first came out, especially Think Twice. And it’s never been officially pressed!

Definitely an underrated album. Always thought At Least We're Dreaming was a gem.

They really are. Patrick and Rob played acoustic last night in Anaheim with Hellogoodbye and Suburban Legends; I couldn’t make it but had a friend there who picked them up for me after sending me their PayPal QR.

They’ve got copies of the S/T, Let Me Come Home, and the 2LP Everything’s Great/Everything’s Fine. I think the 2LP is hard to find, but they might ship you one if you ask nicely.

 

Arch Drive Goodbye is one of my all-time favorite “sing along while driving alone” songs.

 

!!! Looks great. This album rules.

 

Or I could buy the OGs and make represses happen.
