Jocelyn's in a hair stylists group on FB and they're all soooo excited and thrilled to be able to reopen on the 27th, I feel like so many of them are only so eager to return because they weren't able to get any unemployment being that they're self employed, most of them haven't gotten a single penny in over a month, and they're willing to risks everyone's lives for it.
