Each album has an absurd amount of musical & sonic progression, and all of Ye's albums do as well.

 

I probably prefer TOCS to this but that doesn’t mean I’m not enjoying the hell out of this album right now.. not sure if it matters.

Disambiguation changed my life from first listen but yeah love to hear people tell me it was poorly received as though I had a part of that

I seem to remember disambiguation being really well received on AP, maybe I’m wrong tho... or maybe I was just reading @sophos34 posts over and over again.

 

Yeah I mean I don't visit other music sites but I remember it being generally very well received. A few people didn't like it but yeah.

I felt like Disambiguation was really well received by the people that listened. It was more "Aaron's gone, so I'm not even gonna listen to it." I have friends that still have never even tried to listen to it. I have that version of the O tattooed on my arm. Haha.

 

I don't like this record. But now I like this record. But I still don't like this record as much as I wish I liked this record. I can't stop listening to this. I won't go back to this. Something about TOCS. This album is better than TOCS. This album is worse than TOCS. It's really interesting sonically. It's really generic. It sucks. But man it's growing on me. But it still sucks. I like it tho. Kanye West.
