Out of those Geffen demos, I haven't heard Scream Sleep (probably Artistic License), Point A and Point B (Stay Where I Can See You, maybe?), and Band Sluts (ugh, title. assuming this is the B-List). If anyone has them, I'd love to snag those from ya!

I remember back in the good ol days of Purevolume, there was a full band version of “Playing Favorites” floating around too, but it was a live recording, I believe.

 

There are also a couple different mixes of BOATS songs that were on the leaked version. I want to say "The B-List" and "The World"

 

The World is infinitely better on the Geffen demo’s

 

Was it still acoustic driven? If so, that may have been from the live footage on the enhancedCD

 

I will die on the “they ruined Autography when they rewrote the chorus from the demo” hill.

 

Nah, it the enhanced CD just had Surprise, Surprise and then Classic Jazz, I believe. This just sounded like audio from a show. It wasn’t professionally mixed or anything but the audio was okay.

"Nights and Weekends" would be slotted somewhere in the middle, rather than a b-side, for it to be a perfect album for me.

They talk alot about how they kept getting screwed over. I've watched this so many times, mainly because I keep trying to spot myself in the front of the crowd for that farewell set at Bamboozle lol

If they had replaced Bedroom Talk with Nights & Weekends BOATS would be a perfect album.

 

Bedroom Talk, while cringeworthy for sure, is essential to BOATS imo
