The more I read about season 2 the more I am excited. Taking place on 4th of July, and Wells said in an interview they are researching how ICE can do immigration enforcement within hospitals now. The July 4th setting isn't just an excuse to do fireworks injuries. This one is going to have a lot of impactful stuff to say about the state of modern America.
I read a bit of a Vulture article from the creative team and LOL They were talking about avoiding tropes like "evil twin" and apparently there was a pitch in the season 2 writer's room for a bunch of furries come into the ER (I am assuming that means furries will be in season 2) and one of them takes off his headpiece and it's Wyle without a beard. He pitched to reveal that Dr. Robby had a twin brother that was a furry. I guess it didn't go down too well in the room lol
Not sure if it still happens here, but I know awhile back there was a furry convention that would meet in Pittsburgh.
That is what I thought of when I read it. Maybe the writer's know about that too Furries would be a kinda classic fun ER type bit too. One of the first episodes of ER there was a full on polka dance party in the emergency room
So this show just got added to Netflix and is now in their Top 10 experiencing kind of a resurgence. I almost was enticed to watch it because Hatosy but then I remembered this post.
Finally getting around to this, three episodes in and already had a few lil cries, great show already
yup, that's the one. first time i've actually teared up from a movie or show in I don't know how long
Brutal as hell, especially having two kids about that age difference and I literally took my son to his first swim lesson yesterday
