I'd take any album on vinyl, I have none! Even Let It Enfold You just for the awesome cover. Album itself isn't the best....

That one has a good cover too, even though like LIEY, it's not the best actual album.

With all the AOTY lists coming out, thought I'd give the best songs of Senses Fail for the year. This was incredibly hard to make.

I super dig that you have Lifeboats and Irish Eyes on your list. I'm not really a fan of LIEY but NJ Falls Into The Atlantic is one of the stand outs on that for sure.

I just wanna hear these new mixes for the Fire.

 

it's a new band featuring Joe from A Static Lullaby and Dave Miller from the OG Senses Fail line up. For those who like heavy!

 

I'm excited for the repress of all of the albums. SF has been my favorite band since I was 13 (15 years at this point) but I cannot bring myself to buy these albums off of eBay for $100-$150 a pop. I just got into vinyl so I was never tempted to grab any of them before.

Those album release shows will be sweet as well. I could do without LIEY or SS since I've seen those albums already but everything else, I will be there for. I bet they combine the less popular albums with the more popular ones. Something like SS and PTTFYH or LIEY and LINAWR.

 

With 7 full lengths and 2 EPS I wonder how the breakdown would be. 4 shows in the bigger markets? 2 shows in the smaller markets (they’ll definitely do SS/LIEY on these).

I agree we’ll most likely see the least received albums with the “classics.”

Would you want the albums front to back in order or have it the NFG way with a set of all the songs from the albums they’re playing that night mixed together?

 

Mixed together for sure! When Story of the Year were touring Page Ave 10th anniversary, they played all the songs but mixed it up to make a better setlist and added in songs from other albums (how can it be a SOTY show without Our Time is Now, The Antidote and Is This My Fate?)

Seriously. I don't need to hear updated versions of the cringe-worthy songs on From Depths.. lol

 

What’s the story here? Do they have an EP or LP coming?

 

I would assume full album but no news on that. Just the teaser and announcement that the band formed. Probably best to follow them on facebook or whatever social media you use, but I'll probably post updates here anyway lol.
