Nintendo Voice Chat’s latest episode is Ocarina of Time 20 years discussion. Peer is also going down memory lane taking us back to IGN in the late 90s.

Pretty cool.

 

I take back any negative thought I had about lets go this game is to damn fun. EXP grinding is actually fun now because its tied to catching, and the cut scenes are so fucking cute

 

Ok. I just hit paragon 70 in diablo and finished my first green set. I can probably do torment 4+ now.

- the 3 things I'm doing on rotation right now are just seasonal quests, bounties, and rifts.
- just keep bumping the difficulty to the point that enemies take only 1-3 seconds to kill (5-10 seconds for elite enemies). Higher difficulty = better rewards so you get better gears faster. if you make the game too difficult you get rewards slower so it's also not recommended
- not sure if this is common knowledge but apparently salvaging gear is better than selling them so you have materials to craft new equipment (in case you get unlucky and one of your gears get obsolete)
- i'm focusing on gears that increase my damage (also gears that increase my main stat which is Int), my friend told me that when i compare equips just look for the one with the green sword marking (it gets a bit more complicated later on but that's generally a good rule to follow)

that's just been pretty much what I'm doing lol.

 

Okay. So I understand making a seasonal character. How do I do rifts and bounties.

 

Go into Adventure Mode rather than the campaign. It's where all the real fun is at!

 

yea for this season you get double rewards for completing bounties and there's higher drop rates for legendary items in rifts.

i do bounties more than rifts because bounties rewards include crafting recipes (including recipes for green items) but i think you outright get more legendary drops for rifts. don't quote me on that last part lol.

Just read through this. When I complete all bounties in an act, how do I know which act contains the bonus? This is new to me.

 

I did a bit of reading and it looks like bonus bounties aren’t a thing anymore? I honestly don’t know haha. So that thing I posted might be a bit outdated.

 

I passed out while playing Let's Go last night. I didn't want to stop playing.

 

Finally going to play Mario Party with actual people today exciting.

 

Where I live South Park the tv show has a minimum age of 6 I think lol

 

@zigbigwig what's the most rewarding post game stuff to do? Bounties? Seasonal? And what is adventurers mode is that just post game in general?

 

finish seasonal quests up to chapter 4 because the gear you get as a reward will be your starting set for post game.

In the other Diablo 3 versions you unlock Adventure by completing the main campaign first. They took that out on the Switch versions to accomodate older players. That is def post game.

Bounties and rifts are my go-to’s. Some of the seasonal quests can actually be completed while doing bounties too.

What class are you using?

The wizard! I’m using the same character.

Our reward gear for this season is the Tal Rasha set. You drop a free meteor every 8 seconds whenever you produce a fire, lightning, ice or arcane attack from literally any source. And that’s for EACH kind of element. And then the full set bonus is you get a massive damage increase as long as you keep casting those 4 elements. It’s a really fun set haha. I can probably help you figure out which rings/other gears to look for.

 

Smash Ultimate is so close. Can’t wait to get my hands on it.

 

I'm really hyped too and I'm only a casual Smash fan. The Switch feels like what Smash was truly made for.

 

I'm just so looking forward to making all my friends suffer at my hands with that game

 

I’m been super casual about smash in the past, outside of being obsessed with melee as a kid, but I really think I’m going to dive deep into this one. I live in a house with two other guys, and we constantly have friends dropping in and out, and so the switch has been a godsend for entertaining everyone. Smash will be the ultimate party/social game for a long time.

 

Hyped for all the new fighters and upcoming DLC. I’m hoping Sora will be one.

 

Sora better not be one. They said no anime characters so I'm hopeful.
