I changed them all to be the yellowish color earlier today, so the cache of the old pinkish ones are still probably around at the moment. They'll go away or a forced cache refresh should work too.

Currently no, but that is a cool idea. But you can get most of them in the "more options" window and using the "extra" tab.

 

Oooh, nice! That's definitely cool. But yeah, somewhere down the line it'd be pretty cool to have like, a customization quick section as there are some "basic" ones I probably will never use, or much less than others, such as or

 

Also if you hover over any of them on the site, it'll tell what the shortcode to type is as well that will convert them automatically (it's the part within the colons).
