23 It's pretty cool. I also like Wet Lab (the charity band with Jim on vocals). They had 2-song EP on casette
For what it’s worth my pick is 23. Two fantastic songs made it to the final round though. Good job, everybody! I’m glad it wasn’t something like The Middle vs. Pain! The score right now is 23 - 28 Dizzy - 9 I think it’s pretty safe to end this bracket. Based on the current score and the number of participants we’ve had Dizzy is done. Thank you again to everyone who participated over the past month! I hope you’ve all enjoyed yourselves! Another thanks to @BTDandFeelingThis for starting this and thank you to anyone who has helped keep score throughout - @Greg and I’m sure there are others!
I think the final two was obvious from the start, but if we learnt anything its that JEW have some god tier level songs, and I wouldn't have been mad if anything else won. Fuck I love this band
For anyone who liked the bracket game and enjoys Jack’s Mannequin, I started a bracket for Jack’s Mannequin. Feel free to join us herehttps://forum.chorus.fm/posts/1564262
Just wanted to ask to see if anyone is interested, but I have a copy of the Taking Back Sunday/Jimmy Tour EP and a test pressing copy of Damage I am looking to get rid of if anyone is interested!
I always wondered if that's why they never played it live the times I saw them this cycle but I'mma take this recording anyway
It doesn't seem there's hope for me I let you down I feel like The World You Love is under rated as a Jimmy Eat World song.
So I looked this band up in a song registry database to see if I could find any of the stuff they're working on in the studio currently. Nothing concrete but a few interesting things: Jimmy Eat World- Shadow (under 'Do I Get a Pickle With That Music') Jimmy Eat World- Now (under 'Turkey and Rye') and also a demo version of lean, which I don't think has been released ACE Repertory
