@Jason Tate not sure if this is happening for anyone else but is there a reason I’m randomly being automatically logged out on mobile? I only ever use the site through Firefox on iOS. First started happening infrequently a few months ago, now it’s like once or twice a day.

 

Logged out of the entire site, like the forums and the main site, or only the main site, or only the forums?

Shouldn't happen at all if cookies are being accepted.

Can you log out completely: Log Out

And then login here in the forums again? Log in or Sign up

 

I think I’m only ever logged into the forums and not the main site. I click that link to Log Out and get an error message about a “Security Error” telling me to go back, then refresh, and try again. Same thing happens upon repeat.

I use a VPN and have for years, and this has never been an issue until relatively recently. I can’t think of any obvious changes on my end that would make a difference here but I’m not very tech inclined in this regard. Anyways, slightly annoying but for what it’s worth, it’s not a big deal for me in the grand scheme of things.

Alright I logged out and then back in through the forums. Like I said, it hasn’t been a big impact but I can ping here if it happens again.

 

Please do. If that remember check box is checked, it should stay logged in.

 

Happened again, randomly logged out automatically and had to log in again. No changes than I can thank of on my end.

 

Hey Jason. I've probably put this in the wrong part of the forum, so my apologies if I have. I paid through paypal to get a name change on the forum (as much as I dig the Deathstroke character, this feels like a username I'd have used a few years ago haha). However, I never got any link emailed to me to change the username, or anything. I'm wondering if you could sort this for me if you have the time? I'm only looking it changed to LukeSpe94. For the Ranking "app" — what do the Left and Right buttons do? I assume on is for the Higher Ranking the the other for the Lesser Ranking?

 

Correct. The button clicked is the “vote”

 

Excuse me if this sounds insane but did the text size change for iPhone browsers? It feels like my browser is zoomed out all of a sudden but I haven’t changed any settings and it doesn’t reset if I close out/restart/etc.

it’s pretty subtle and I feel kinda crazy that it’s bothering me this much but I need to know if it was something I did, a bug, or an intentional change lol

Card expired for my membership, updated my card details and paid the invoice but on the Chorus.fm side it doesn't recognise the subscription. Receipt number is 2736-3314.

An issue relating to my mobile device but hoping someone can help. Recently all embedded Instagram posts on the message board show as failed to load and I have to click through to view externally on my app, which is massively inconvenient. Does anyone know how to fix this?
