We were wrong. So we made this thread. Or more accurately, I made this thread very quickly while I was at my terrible job and did not have time to properly format it. Great looking menu! I could literally order like 4 apps and be happy. But if I had to choose, I'd order the Empanadas and Milkshake roll and beg the kitchen for a side of that habanero peanut butter. Then I'd get the Chili Relleno and Frenched Toast. Mmmm.
Let me start with the Bratwurst. Then I'd want the Antelope Brisket Oscar or the Chili Relleno. Your menu has some really interesting items and names. Well done!
Just wanna say this was an awesome idea! And I agree with whoever said that the Food thread has some super passionate people. On another note, after looking at these again, I'm starving!

Let's have at it. I really thought we'd get more feedback on other menus that have been shared so far, it's kind of disappointing, but hopefully people will get more into it.
@Ken Shellfish Tower is a mad mans dish. I'd lose myself in that. Clams and oysters are still alien to me. I'm scared in a good way at that and comforted by the familiars like the lobster. Sort of like a child at the ocean playing in and out of the perilous tide at shore. Mushroom Gnocchi and Veal Lorenzo or Seafood Chowder is a jam. I'm off to google Haricot Vert Bananas Foster Cheesecake sounds sinful
Haricot vert are just French green beans. They're thinner and shorter. Essentially the same thing though.
