There's a hotdog joint right across from where I work that is pretty no frills in regards to their selection and it makes me super stoked because a well prepared Chicago style hot dog is a treasure.

They also do a mean Italian Beef Sandwich. Always gotta go dipped.

Sadly, there's nowhere to get a good hot dog near me. One place steams their buns. And another place that is about to open, is expected to offer some unusual, but not very appetizing hot dog creations. I don't expect them to last long. Their theme is coffee and hot dogs... Haha.

Mustard and onions are the perfect hot dog toppings IMHO

 

I like 'em two ways: chili, raw onions, and cheese, or mustard, sauerkraut, and grilled onions.
