Reign Over Me was almost at the bottom of my serious ranking. I liked it the first time I saw it then tried rewatching it some time later and wasn’t enamored. He’s mostly fine for the role and I enjoyed that it uses Shadows of the Colossus as a thematic invocation of the 9/11 stuff lol

All of my knowledge of Reign Over Me comes from an episode of Chapo Trap House.

Spring Breakers in IMAX was interesting. The audience was much more game than the angry crowds 12 years ago. It is only the second IMAX movie I have ever seen, and I was much more impressed with the audio than anything else. You hear things you might not even notice at home or in a regular theater.

reign over me is always paired in my head with that Robert Pattinson movie that is incredibly dull and then you find out in the last second he is in the WTC lol

Yeah I saw it freshman year of college, when I started really getting into film, and found it to be forgetful. I just remember sandman playing ps2

I really liked it the first time, so I took a bunch of friends to see it for some reason. None of us walked out liking it.

see I didn’t mention Funny People becuase I didn’t think that counted as a “Sandler movie” since it was Apatow and all that. So imo if that one gets included, than something like Bulletproof should be as well, and I remember liking that a lot when I was younger. One of those “always see the movie cover at the rental store” movies haha

Went to Bruce Willis's IMDB page in lieu of his 70th birthday and saw his last 20 or so films and legit thought IMDB changed their rating system from out of 10 to 5.

But then I later read he did a big deal with a company to pump out these "geezer teasers" just to provide more money for his family before his disease took over and then I was sad.

Yea, his recent movies are horrendous. Totally get why he did them and respect him for trying to ensure his family is taken care of. It’s all sad.
