Facts is the best. No Joy in Mudville -> Scientist Studies is the most ridiculously incredible ending. Those early middle 3 (Facts Photo Trans) are head and shoulders above the rest of the catalog imo.

 

I like Plans more than Photo Album but I agree with everything other than that

 

Next Thursday's livestream will be an all Beatles cover set. He says he'll be doing mostly deep cuts too.

same, easily my favorites of theirs

 

I love Rubber Soul and White Album too, but when trying to rank their discography I always see Rubber Soul as the stepping stone to Revolver. It was them transitioning from their bubblegum pop to more experimental. Revolver is when they took the leap. I also love White Album but i just hate long albums lol. Could've been condensed down to an absolutely amazing 14 track album.
