he was phenomenal in this but also I don't think I can rewatch it for a while for that exact reason

I've been putting this off for a while, but I'm going to finally watch it tomorrow.

Finally got around to this and thought it was fantastic, minus some moments that felt “amateur”. I really wish I was mightier with the pen so I could verse my thoughts on this better, but it really has me thinking about a lot of American Imperialism in the context of black America.

I’ve been catching up on all the 2020 movies I missed just by virtue of not sitting down and watching any pretty much at all during the lockdown, so I just saw this finally. Amazing work by everyone involved.

 

Yeah definitely in my top 3 of 2020

 

Was my personal favorite of last year. Still need to revisit it & see how Chadwick's passing affects the experience.

 

Delroy Lindo was absolutely robbed of a Oscar nom. Very peeved about it.

 

One of the best performances of his career.
