I left this off my list because it didn't sound like something I would enjoy, but based on this comment I have no choice but to check it out

 

Let me know what you think. I’m still on the fence about it. When they get my attention they GET MY ATTENTION but I feel like it’s few and far between.

 

I still need to check out Iceage as well as preoccupations.

 

New Beach House today. Has anyone heard it? Its been getting some very good buzz.

Apparently the new album is huge. It's dense, it’s loud, it’s atmospheric, hiding in lots of details in each and every song begging for repeated listens to catch new sounds you may not have heard in previous listens. They are drenching the listener in dark—almost creepy—atmosphere at times

 

Did you write the press release for the album? Haha!

 

I actually took this from a review on rym lol. i haven't heard it yet.

Yeah! I'm pretty excited to give it a listen sounds like there's a ton of variety on it.

 

The Beach House record is fantastic.

Lovely husband and wife duo. Great harmonies and lyrics throughout. At 10 tracks, 30 minutes i've played this a ton since it came out two years ago. I've never heard that band but my girlfriend says RIYL: Whitehorse
