Yes. So excited for this cast. RJ Cyler is great and I really enjoyed Naomi Scott in terra nova

 

Bummed there's no Tommy, like, HES TOMMY

 

Tommy is gonna be a big surprise...

 

Looks better than what I was expecting. Looking forward to seeing this. Cranston and Hader. Hopefully a green ranger will make an appearance.

 

Really hoping they don't make it Rita, I just don't dig that angle

 

I feel like she'll create the Green Ranger just like in the show. Hence her wearing emerald green in the movie.

We'll see tho.

 

I wouldn't hate if maybe she was a previous green ranger and made a new one or something like that

 

That'd rule, I'm totally down if he's a bad guy at first under her control

 

Very much gave me Chronicle-vibes, I'm actually hyped for this now

Can Elijah Wood appear halfway through and get to be the Green Ranger for, like, 8 minutes?

 

Credit to them for the teaser trailer actually being a tease, and not giving away their costumes, (all) villains, etc. I didn't think I'd get excited about a Power Rangers movie, but I'm suddenly in!

 

That would be cool. Then he could change sides in the sequel or something. They don't have to force the whole transition in this movie. They could really do some good stuff. Fingers crossed.

 

I saw the original series in reruns, but didn't Rita just somehow have the Dragon Morpher? One could assume if they were going off that material that perhaps either she was a green ranger, or had killed one, and taken the morpher.

 

I watched the trailer and can't believe I missed this, could this be Tommy?

I assumed it was one of the rangers training, but who knows. Would that be a wise creative move to introduce Tommy so soon?
