Felt this too actually, oddly enough.
Five star film and I wouldn’t even put it in his Top 3. Crazy shit.
Just have to say if you’ve never seen Sneakers it’s great and super underrated.
I will say though I’m more so into vibes and imagery that makes me feel unsettled and uneasy than jump scares and this definitely had some of that.
Totally get that too, to me it’s basically a cheap thrill or like a roller coaster or mindless/trashy (reality) TV or something, haha. Though...
Thought the new Conjuring was fun and had its moments, definitely way better than the last one by a mile.
How bad did the head piece hurt? Not that I’d ever do it.
