I liked this. They ironed out the problematic kinks for their social analogy this time around and the story kept moving. The marsh land environment and characters were great.
I enjoyed it more than the first But I ate too much popcorn and here I am at midnight with acid reflux.
Haven't seen this but watched the first one today for the first time and laughed a lot. I never even knew about this movie before the sequel started getting so heavily advertised
This one is maybe even better. There’s something either very funny, very entertaining, or very well designed/aesthetically beautiful in every second of the movie.
The visuals and humor in Hoppers trailer feel like the movies made by the second tier non-Disney/Dreamworks/Illumination studios. I’ve also seen it like 15 times somehow. I’m really curious how the actual movie is in full context because it does not read as a quality Pixar film to me based on the trailer.
