damn my predictions seem to be spot on. not that that's impressive at all....since my prediction was that it'd be very predictable. hah.

 

Pretty much.

 

Listening right now.

I feel like "Wrong" has the potential to be really good but falls really flat.

 

That sums up most of the album for me.

 

I'm of the opinion that both Made in the AM and Mind of Mine are proof that 1D needed Zayn to balance them out and vice versa. Both efforts were.......lukewarm imo, to be kind.

 

I don't think AM's problem stemmed from a lack of Zayn so much as a lack of motivation on 1D's part. They were so done. But honestly if some of the tracks had been replaced by the bonus songs I'd like it so much more so idk what went on there. I missed Zayn in general but not really on the album specifically.

 

Apparently there was some sort of technical issue and he walked off stage or something, but his band is killer

 

His band is so killer and fun and then he walks on stage and it's like zzzzzzz

 

I wasn't a fan of One Direction but I really like this album. Admittedly some of the tracks are forgettable but for the most part I enjoy what's on offer here. He has a great voice. Agree that he has a very boring stage presence though.

 

Meh. Does Zayn not dance?

@Kiana You..have brought..so much..joy to my life rn. That is hilarious! Niall looked like he sucked too at the very beginning. I feel for them when he calls freestyle bc that was always really hard and unnatural for me.

 

It's honestly one of my fave videos sometimes I just watch it for fun. Zayn acting like a baby, the dramatic ass music. Harry freestyling behind Zayn makes my life. If anyone asks why 1D didn't dance they need to be pointed to that video

I'm really surprised he did not do a summer tour for this album.

 

I think his anxiety is still too severe and he would've ended up cancelling shows anyway and getting more of a reputation for being flaky so it's prob for the best.
