I think this is the first album that's going to dethrone Taylor

 

Yeah, I think so too. He did 200k in his first week last year, and he's bigger now than he was then.

 

The only thing, which I really don't think will matter, is the Thursday instead of Friday release, he loses the first day of numbers

 

Yeah, but I feel like a lot of people will just be catching up with it on Friday anyway, given the holiday.

 

While true, country music and the 4th of July go together all too well, so it'll certainly be getting played a lot tomorrow

 

And here I was thinking I could have listened to it all day. Phew.

It’s quite good so far, if not a major evolution on his last record. As a Philly dude it’s a trip to hear him mention so many places from around South Philadelphia.
