Desperately want to know what's happening with Edgar this season, he's always been my favorite and something is clearly brewing there

Such a good episode though. The line about Jimmy's dad's ghost looking for a body nearly had me in tears

Aya was also on Doug Loves Movies for the third time this weekend. Apparently there's going to be a Doug Benson cameo this season, so that's cool

 

apparently there's an episode that has none of the main cast in it for any significant point

 

That sounds awesome. Kind of like how we got a look at the completely unrelated couple's life for a decent chunk of an episode.

 

That's one of my favorite episodes of the whole show, so I'd be totally okay with something like that again.

 

Agreed. This season needs a jolt like that episode did for last season.

 

You guys should check out Fleabag on Amazon. Similar humor as this show and equally emotionally devastating. It's only 6 episodes and it's phenomenal.

Maybe something with Killian being home alone and they could dive deeper into the father issues.

 

everything about killian is weird, like as a character. was in a bunch of the first few episodes then fell off the earth then started showing up again? and he doesn't even look like himself anymore
should have dropped the character honestly

 

I'm positive the show would make it work but on paper I do not like the idea of a Killian episode, don't really enjoy the character at all.

 

a Sam episode would be fun but I'm not sure how it would actually work

I'm also weirded out by Killian, don't mind him occasionally showing up as some hella sad punchline but would not want a whole episode from him. Would love a Sam episode, though I'm guessing it'll be like LCD Soundsystem with just a random group of people. Where was this "spinoff" episode mentioned?

 

CBB. Aya said something like they have a whole bunch of experimental episodes this season, she was incredibly excited for this weeks and says it's something she's never seen done before, and she compared a future episode to LCD soundsystem saying that there's an episode that doesn't have any of the 4 regulars.

 

Maybe it's an episode with Jimmy's family

 

Sam would be most ideal for me

I honestly can't stand Becca, she's incredibly irritating and not usually in a funny way so I hope it doesn't revolve around her. Love Vernon though
