Speaking of, does anyone remember the el Diablo burger at Carl Jrs? Had like jalapeño poppers on it and everything. It killed me 12 hours later every time and it was always worth it. Miss them every day.

I probably said it already in this thread but bacon is overrated

 

i want to argue and say no way jose but, that weird period in like 2007-2008 where people were legitimately like, obsessed with bacon, like it was an entire personality trait of theirs, kind of ruined my argument forever.

still love it though.

 

Literally that exact era ruined a lot of the enjoyment I could have gotten out of it.

For the record, I don't hate it or anything. It's not something I go out of my way to eat, but I can enjoy it in small doses or on like a Baconator or something.

 

The fact that the rest of the world calls American chop suey "goulash" is so weird

And as a savory snack king, I gotta say, takis are...a lot. Not disgusting, not inedible, sometimes pleasant, but yeah, it's a lot.

 

never had a Taki in my life but I'm glad they gave me this song

 

One of my kids is obsessed with Takis. I've never tried one but I don't think I'd like them.
