Speaking of restaurant chain frozen dinners, Boston Market's are pretty good. Also I just recently found out Marie Callender's is an actual restaurant chain and not just microwaved dinners.
I only had pf changs once and I can't remember if I liked it. I never lived near one. It's weird to miss out on some major chains. I never lived by a chili's either. I've been once and it doesn't stand out in my mind. Now Applebee's I always thought I didn't like but I went there recently and it was GOAT. Got some mozzarella sticks and a side of tomato soup with a $6 Christmas sip (even tho we all know they used to be $5 smh, inflation!!) And it was waaaay better than I remember them being.
Also I went to red robin recently and impulsively ordered some cocktail and it tasted like what I imagine shaving cream tastes like but I wasn't about to waste it so I just suffered thru
I love Applebee''s. Can't hate a place where you can get afterwork 2 for 1 drinks and apps with coworkers at 1am every night of the week.
I just assumed that was the case for most major chain restaurants. My uncle worked as a line cook at TGI Fridays for years and he said it was all microwaved there.
I did not get one I ordered the short onion ring tower but she didn't hear me say "short" so she brought me the big tower. I'm a campfire sauce girlie for life so I didn't mind. My bf got a burger and they were legit with the bottomless fries too so I ate my bodyweight in fries and onion rings
In theory I shouldn’t like their fries cause they’re usually kinda soggy but for whatever reason I love em. Especially with that seasoning.
Only been to Chang's once and I'm sure it was fine but all I remember is them playing "House of Cards" by Radiohead and it feeling very faux-upscale lol. I miss living near a Panda Express. Applebee's is good for what it is. The drinks are bad, but the French onion soup is shockingly solid. Only been to Red Robin once but it was also good. Don't fuck with campfire sauce though.
