My air fried raviolis were good. Pretty crispy but not too crispy.

Just threw together some lazy white people tacos. Just ground turkey, an Old El Paso taco seasoning packet, and Mexican cheese on a tortilla. Hit the spot tbh.

I used to get a pack of these from the dollar store, go to the Borders book store up the street from me and eat most of them while reading magazines all night. And now I have chest pains that keep me up all night

    Well, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy

I love the pumpkin spice rolls and the pumpkin spice cupcakes. But weirdly I’ve never had the pumpkin cookie

I loved these but they are so dry by themselves. They are made for dunking.

I don't think I have ever bought them as an adult. Maybe a single serving (so two cakes) at a gas station? I may have to change that.

I recently discovered that one of the most globally ubiquitous dessert dishes is Rice Pudding. Basically nearly every culture around the world has their own unique version of making Rice Pudding.

I kinda like what the Germans are doing where they mix in applesauce and/or fruit pie filling in their rice pudding along with tons of cinnamon.

I tried champorado (a Filipino rice porridge with chocolate) for the first time a few weeks ago and it was excellent. Although I’m itching to try an actual homemade one. The one I tried was like a store-bought one that you cook similar to a cup of noodles

A cup of Senor Rico for dessert was the highlight of going to Greek diner early bird spots growing up.

A lot of cultures in East Asia they make their Rice Pudding warm and less sweet. It's more like a porridge or oatmeal but with rice.

The wildest global rice pudding dish I found is called Tavukgöğsü, which is a Turkish dish that used to be served to the Ottoman Sultan. It's like a weird hybrid of rice pudding and chicken salad. It's literally just rice pudding with shredded chicken breast mixed into it.
