I prefer biscuit for a breakfast sandwhich but a bagel sandwhich feels more substantial so I usually go with that

I think it’s a bad idea anyway. I feel like half the point of mayo is the creamy texture it adds. I don’t want some rubbery mayo

The best part of mayonnaise is the consistency which makes it like the literal glue that holds the sandwich together. Having it sliced would ruin that. So silly
