I got avocado tacos at cheesecake factory last night and they are actually so good

I'd have never thought to use jicama instead of tortillas. The jicama was really thin and added a nice lil crispy touch.

 

Oh man I haven't been to the cheesecake factory in AGES. I'm not an avocado guy but that looks good

It started out with my bf joking he'd treat me to cheesecake factory but then he never did so I jokingly gave him a hard time but then our irony turned into real cravings. I hadn't been in a while. Everything there is legit like a days entire caloric intake so I felt weird ordering off the "skinnylicious" menu for everything. Also weird they call it that instead of just saying lighter portions or something

What kinda eggs you use for your breakfast sandwiches? Lately I have been doing soft boiled. You get that nice boiled egg white consistency that is reminiscent of McDonald's breakfast sandwiches, but you still get that runny yolk that soaks into the bread.
