I'm all about the waffle personality. It's pretty unreal

 

I was just messing with you btw to be clear. hope I didn't come off as too much of a jerk

 

Even though it's in PA, it's a true Waffle House. Many stabbings, attempted robberies, and fights there over the years.

nothing like eating smothered hash browns while watching a live UFC event break out right in the middle of a waffle house.

Way back when in my merch girl days, we stopped at a Waffle House after a show in Jackson, MS. We walked in and it was perfectly segregated right down the middle. One of the most bizarre experiences of my life. We then went to a Waffle House a day or two later after the show in Atlanta and it was the best Waffle House experience ever. Goooooood times.

 

Haven’t been to a Waffle House bc geography but I have many good memories of going to Denny’s after shows and late at night in general in my late teens/ early 20s

 

Never been to one but there is one like 25 minutes from me.

 

Oh yeah me too. Or after my band would play a gig out of town. It was a sweet, greasy reward for a job well done

 

We thought we were so cool sitting and drinking coffee and smoking at dennys when we were like 16/17.

i do miss me a good post-show, ears ringing, midnight moons over my hammy and cherry coke with buds session

 

those were the days

 

i wasn't prepared to feel this much nostalgia coming into the controversial food opinions thread today
