for anyone with an Aeropress, Fellow sells an attachment to brew "espresso-like" coffee, the Prismo. It's obviously not going to produce the same quality shots a dedicated machine would but I find it great for things like espresso tonics.
1. you are 100% speaking the language of my people. 2. i have the flow control cap but i much prefer doing the inverted method. the major benefit i see is that you can get a really good mixed liquor by stirring the grounds all the way to the rubber cap. with the traditional pour direction, you have to be delicate near the paper or you can wreck your brew. the only trick to inverted is that you have to evacuate the air out after you cap but before you flip or you risk the plunger shooting out.
brewing an inverted aeropress is one of the most controversial third wave coffee things a person can do

It doesn't matter to me if coffee is sweet or not. Coffee to me is about practical function over flavor. As long as it keeps me from being tired I don't care.
If only someone posted a video where a pastry chef explains in heavy detail exactly what a Tim Tam is
Tim Tams are so good. If you're a coffee drinker, you're supposed to bite off each end and suck your coffee through.
