They built a Chipotle across from my work a couple months ago, I’ve definitely gone there at least once a week since they opened. Them sofritas are awesome
I’ve never tried qdoba. There’s only two in my area and both are in weird, unconventional spots (one is in a university and the other is in John Wayne airport). Kinda weird that there aren’t more around here considering their headquarters are in San Diego. But they have tons of rivals here (Wahoo, Cafe Rio, Rubio’s, Chipotle, etc.) so I guess it doesn’t make sense
Okay one more chipotle item… do you shake your bowl to mix it all up or just eat it as is when you take the lid off?
I never even considered shaking it and I feel like a fool. I always do bowl with the wrap on the side so I can make my own mini burritos. I feel like you get bigger portions with a bowl. Can Grimace confirm?
yeah idk why I've never thought to shake my burrito bowls, because I always shake salads when I get them lol
I was watching Are You Garbage? and they talked about how they leave their burgers upside down after they take a bite and that kinda blew my mind might try it out
you probably end up getting more in a bowl even though the portions should be the same no matter what. I used the app and get extra everything besides meat and I get a giant ass bowl. I get a tortilla on the side and make a decent sized burrito and usually still have half my bowl left.
he didn't know a tomato-based condiment had tomato in it? lmao this is The Way. I wish ours never closed.
I’ve always been pretty ambivalent to egg rolls but lately I’ve been coming around on them at least somewhat
Chinese ones I could take or leave most of the time, but I love the Thai ones (sometimes they call them eggrolls, sometimes spring rolls) that have the glass noodles inside. So bomb.
