the reality of that supreme court thing is actually pretty wild. (caution, water guy post incoming). the EPA sets limits on what is discharged into the ocean, etc. but there was some rule in place that was requiring the city of san fran to not just control the discharge, but actually control the location of discharge. which is why it got struck down. the ocean circulates and changes independent of what is discharged from wastewater plants, cause of like coriolis forces, the sun, etc. so it's crazy to make a city responsible to fix that just cuz their pipe empties in the space. /rant

One of my favorite meals is balsamic pork chops that my wife cooks in the oven. Gotta keep em in the juice to not dry out.

 

Lamb chops > Pork chops. One side of my family is Greek though so I'm biased.

 

Please dont eat Lamb Chop

 

One side of my family is Italian so Veal Chops > Lamb Chops and Pork Chops

 

they're all delicious and can be cooked well in an oven.
