I hope your blood sugar has gone back to normal levels and there aren’t any long term side effects.

 

I’ve been growing it since Covid! I recently trimmed it to get rid of the dead ends and such but I definitely like it long! Think my mother in law finally is too

Hahaha yeah I may have overestimated how much I was craving them…

eventually I just started giving boxes away.

what’s interesting is I’ve seen individual packages of them in stores now but it’s not the good flavor

 

We are surviving. Nobody told me 4 kids is too many kids

no but really it’s definitely a lot but we just take things one hour at a time.

my health has been pretty shaky lately but I’m putting in the work to get better. when your health is not doing so good, it ruins most things for you

Honestly I probably should too considering my IBS flare ups recently

 

we’ve taken up intermittent fasting, and no more sweet breakfasts. we typically don’t eat before 11 or 12. i’ve dropped more than fifteen pounds since the beginning of the year just from that and doing a daily walk, fwiw

 

didn’t realize i had dropped in on a group of friends… i’m about 20 years late to actively participating in this forum
