Adding something complementary to a grilled cheese like bacon or tomato does not make it no longer a grilled cheese. You can add bacon to virtually any other sandwich, and that sandwich is still that original sandwich, but with bacon. There's no bacon & cheese melt or other ridiculousness on a POS system at a restaurant. It's grilled cheese and then you're adding bacon. Is a pizza no longer a pizza because you add anchovies? Absurd.
