No cheese on nachos is crazy. Also queso > shredded cheese. I have no idea when olives became a thing for Mexican food but it's weird to me. Sour cream is okay if there's not too much of it. Absolutely love a boat load of cilantro, glad I don't have the hater gene for that. Fresh jalapenoos over pickled in most situations EXCEPT nachos. Fresh on a burger, in a burrito, in a bowl etc, but I like the tang from the pickling with the nachos. Ground beef is the bottom tier of nacho meat. Chicken / pulled pork / brisket etc always a better option. This goes without saying, but you gotta layer well and be able to get everything in every bite.
This thread is humbling. I’ll take a look here whenever I start shivering in the morning with 42 degree weather
I would literally take the trash out in a T-shirt and jeans in that weather haha Or at the very least, an unzipped hoodie with t-shirt underneath
I was in flip flops last night going to the store and it was around 5 degrees. It's not a brag, Im just a moron
I love the spice and crunch of Takis but the lime is disgusting. I think all lime dusted/flavored chips suck. Like sour acid
Ah okay. Kinda sounds like Fritos, which I hate. Think it's possible to like Takis but hate Fritos? Haha
