Never tried eggnog

 

I dig egg nog and always try to have some every Christmas, but for me, it really depends on the brand. I don’t do the real deal since I avoid dairy now

I used to get this nog made by Blue Diamond that’s an almond milk nog that was insanely good, but I can’t find it around anymore. I got an oat nog from Target’s store brand over the holidays and it wasn’t all that great

 

I know nothing about Eggnog but I had a friend that made eggnog and so I had some only to learn he made it LAST Christmas and it was consumed then, then stored, and brought out the next year. I didn't get sick but apparently everyone else there thought it was totally fine because it's... alcohol? If I had known i would have declined trying it.

EDIT - I mean, I drink baileys and things that has been opened forever but homemade eggnog just seems different.

 

Siete has a churro chip that is very good if you haven’t tried it yet. They also make buñelos, which are very similar, but they’re only available during the holidays

 

I used to love egg nog. It's one of those products I've never been able to find a suitable vegan version of and that bums me out

I heard they're crispier? Which seems like a good thing? They've always been kinda limp/soggy to me, not that I disliked them. Might have to try them out myself soon. Then again, look at the history of fast food chains fucking up their fries for no reason, haha.

I guess if you like the fries at BK then try them but I’ll pass

My gf picked up chick fil a the other day and the fries were bad but I thought it was just because they were cold. Didn’t realize they changed em.

 

Just make the original crispy and were good to go

 

Chik fil a is overpriced and overrated. I like their grilled wrap but everything else is mid. I don’t get it

 

I'll try them but I wonder if this is confirmation bias at play from the internet screaming about it. They said they had been testing them in multiple markets silently without anyone knowing, then people know and all of a sudden they're bad?

Who knows. I'll have to get some.

Exactly. All they needed to do was add an extra minute of cook time to the fries they already had

 

1. Chick Fil A rocks aside from the obvious reasons, most consistent chicken sandwich on the market

2. I have not noticed any difference in their fries recently

3. I mostly like BK's fries

 

Good news everybody! the powers back on and I can cook my eggs again

 

BK and Wendy’s fries are good. Don’t get why people complain about em.
