When and where did these 'huggies' or 'little hugs' fruit barrels exist? Never heard of them or seen the bottles before.

they were a childhood staple for many that I never really liked. sure a fan can give you more accurate info than me tbh

 

They’ve been around since the 70s, they fucking ruled as a kid. You could puncture the top foil with your front teeth and start sucking like a vampire

 

They suck shit and are terrible. One of the worst products ever made.

Haha thanks man, I appreciate it. It could be a lot worse. We're on fine terms and she's still here till her parents can clear a room that is absolutely flooded with storage currently. Her mom is dying, her dad is in his 60s, so it's good that she can help take care of her and relieve some stress from her dad, too. I was feeling guilty for stringing her along in a loveless relationship, while also not wanting to screw her over since she can't afford to live on her own, so I'm very grateful she had the courage to pull the plug on us.
