Love lemon cookies and in particular used to LOVE the old lemon girl scout cookies that were covered in powdered sugar. The new ones are such a drop in quality.
Not a fan of most lemon cookies unless its just like a pinch of lemon flavor. I'll take some oatmeal raisin cookies as long as they aren't like a crappy healthy version.

Lemon desserts are at the extremes for me. They are either really good, or complete trash. A good lemon square is an experience, but anything below that will ruin my day.
I didn't realize McDonald's changed their apple pie where it is different than the one I grew up with. It used to be fried instead of baked, and I think I remember the top being completely covered in crust and it didn't have those lattices.
