Fries are great, but I usually don't get them and opt for two sandwiches usually a Burger and chicken sandwich.

 

Back when I was super broke in the early 2010's when McDonald's was still cheap I used to get 2 McDoubles and put the patties together and make a quadruple cheeseburger for only like $3, sometimes I would add a small fry. That was my dinner like 3 nights per week in my early 20's.

 

That, Subway $5 footlongs, and frozen burritos from Circle K were what I lived on for like 2 years.

 

y’all don’t even know how good those Great Value birthday cake mini muffins are tho

 

My struggle meal back in the day was 2 tacos, nuggies, and a Jumbo Jack for $6. It hit pretty good.

i wasn't paying attention at the store and bought these thinking they were 3D doritos. They're just a mess of tiny doritos in a tube. They're good but I don't get it

 

"hey, you know those chips you know and love? How about we just make it a pain in the ass to eat"

 

I love fries so much. I don't get them every time now because I'm watching what I eat, and my quality of life is definitely worse off for it!!

 

We waited over an hour for chilis from doordash tonight, dasher waited for like 15-20 mins, and then doordash said the order was cancelled. The wooorst, I was starving and it was already 9 o clock.

Luckily Five Guys came in clutch. But I was really looking forward to Chilis! I ordered a smokehouse combo with ribs, honey chipotle chicken crispers, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes.

 

I’m sick of newer resturaunts not including fries with a sandwhich/burger. $12 for a chicken sandwhich and then you gotta pay $4 for a side of fries. Get killed

and they give you a Five Guys amount of fries to make up for it, no just charge me less money for fries for one person lol

 

I still haven’t tried Five Guys but still don’t think there’s a such thing as too many fries

I have condensed my fast food enjoyment into a single meal once a week, so when I do indulge, I'm getting a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and a small fry. It's been good for my wallet and waistline in the long run, plus that meal is a feast

 

We had a group over for Horror Fest stuff last week and someone Doordashed $60 of Arby's for like four people only to have a third of it arrive, and we were refused a refund from the app. Fortunately we drove to the Arby's and they had the rest of our order (cold from sitting around), but it pretty much solidified that I will never use that app again lol

I got Aldi's chicken and cheese melts as a replacement item. Pretty good.

Never understood Arby's being the de facto punching bag for fast food. Was it because of the roast beef? Should have been Subway if we're being real

I don’t quite know the derivation of all the Arby’s jokes that have pervaded pop culture for so long but I do know the Arby’s folks took it in stride when shows like The Simpsons and The Daily Show made jabs at them. Arby’s actually catered for both shows several times
