Has anyone tried horse? I wouldnt seek it out but If I was in a place like France who serves it, I would probably try it. And this is coming from a guy who had a horse for a pet.
I love stuffing, but Mac and Cheese destroys it. Turkey for Thanksgiving, Prime Rib for Christmas. Ham can go screw. Everything east of Colorado and not touching the Gulf or Atlantic is the midwest.
Something we picked up in Germany and started doing at home recently, since they don't have a lot of chicken there, are turkey breast cutlets instead of chicken breast. They're damn good and feel more like a pork chop than a chicken breast. My fiancé doesn't eat pork or beef so it's a nice change of pace from chicken everyday and occasionally fish.
My bfs family had emus when he was younger and once one got out and they had to chase it around town to corral it back. Don't think they ever personally ate the emus though
Begging the stupid ass people in here (Josh and Daniel) to not speak on Pittsburgh or PA as a whole. Just showing their bare asses online.
I always thought of western PA similar to how I think of how the southern halves of IL/IN/OH are with the south. It's definitely not geographically midwest, but it's close enough to the midwest to be at least somewhat culturally influenced by it. That is just my perception based on little personal knowledge, please correct me if I am mistaken.
