silly argument, a well made mac and cheese bodies any stuffing and I love stuffing but, couldn't just eat it by itself. An S tier side if done right. But mac and cheese could be a whole meal and all the different combos of cheese/meats/veggies you can add make the possibilities nearly endless.

I’d say your first time trying it should be somewhat special but at the same time if it’s not immaculate, then just try others. it’s hard to fuck up mac n cheese imo but I still say try it from a sit-down restaurant or maybe if you have a relative who’s a good cook ask them to make you some.
