i don’t like all cheeses but in general I would always say “cheese is great”

 

I dislike portabello but oyster, king trumpet, lions mane, enoki, shiitake, and wood ear are all delicious. I love making crispy beef style oyster mushrooms and fried lions mane sandwiches.

 

King Trumpet and the Wood Ears would be a cool band name

Meh they're middle of the road for selling prices. Chantrelles go for 10g higher and Purple Mushrooms go for 100g higher.

tried the plant based reese's out of curiosity and they were ok at best. Tasted comparable to the Quest protein ones but less good and much worse for you.
