I dislike portabello but oyster, king trumpet, lions mane, enoki, shiitake, and wood ear are all delicious. I love making crispy beef style oyster mushrooms and fried lions mane sandwiches.
Does anyone like morel mushrooms? Everyone in Iowa sure seems to love them, plus a bag is worth its weight in gold around here.

tried the plant based reese's out of curiosity and they were ok at best. Tasted comparable to the Quest protein ones but less good and much worse for you.
