what’s up with this cookie dough Twix? anyone tried it? most of their newer stuff is whatever but I’m intrigued by that one
I didn't care for the Reese's dipped animal crackers. You couldn't really taste the animal cracker at all. They just kinda tasted like a Butterfingers cookie, which is fine but not really what I wanted out of that concept.
I had a few more. These are just chocolate peanut butter cookies vaguely shaped like animals. The shapes are basically all the same and have no definition, some just look like cookies with legs. The "animal cracker" part isn't even an animal cracker, it's just a crispy cookie. It's like nobody told them ACs have a distinctive taste and that is what people like about them. great concept but the execution of It all feels very lazy and half assed. 3/10
Tried some Salsa Fresca Lays, very interesting, I saw someone online say they tasted like sweet ketchup which made me nervous but there's more of a BBQ tang to them. Tomato for sure, but they have a zest to them that may or may not really suggest salsa. Either way, might not be my go-to, but I'm not upset about having a bag of these at home.
I will get dragged through the coals here, but I'm really not a fan of the chicken tender sub that its probably most famous for. Where I am, they chop it like crazy so all the breading falls off, and it's so much chicken that there's no room for toppings and I eat a sandwich for the combination of everything so I need my lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles etc. Jerk Turkey, mayo, american cheese and then whatever fixings im in the mood for that day (on the whole grain sub) is my favorite.
My go to is Boar's Head Turkey sub with Italian bread, Provolone, Boar's Head Sub Sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, banana peppers, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper. I basically try to make an Italian style turkey sub.
Has anyone tried the Grandma McFlurry yet? I'm not a huge butterscotch guy so I don't think I'll try it.
