Depends. Since childhood I've always done pork chops + apple sauce + mashed potatoes mixed together .

Also Thanksgiving Dinner I think is ok to mix it all up.

 

I’m always a little surprised when I ask someone if they’ve ever had pork chops and apple sauce and then they look at me like I have two heads or something

Not at all! Excessive caffeine in general causes them. Realistically, anything that isn't water in excessive amounts can contribute so it's best to track your water intake and try to enjoy other beverages as a daily treat if you're prone to them.

Anyways, mixing up all of the food on your plate is insane behavior. I can see it working for some specific foods but just like mashing savory meets and sweets and sides all together? Something a baby would do
