I don’t use the cranberry sauce, the black bean mashed potatoes are just black beans in mashed potatoes lol. Also I only ate half because they are about 12x10 inches. So the rest is lunch tomorrow.

 

Easily crush that with some hot sauce. Not a huge Mad Mex guy though

Speaking of Tabasco is the worst Hot Sauce

 

I get this in the fall and one other burrito from there otherwise. Not a big fan of their food but that was where we’d always meet up for drinks cause we knew all the bartenders. We don’t go nearly as much anymore.

It tastes horrible and has no flavor. Much prefer Tapatio and Cholula for mass produced ones.

Mad Mex is Good and Frank's is SO much worse than Tabasco

Tabasco has its uses. It’s certainly not a good general-purpose hot sauce.

I’ve had a spicy cranberry chutney/relish before. The flavors work well together.

 

Sriracha has its place, but that period like maybe 8 or so years ago when people suddenly went nuts for it was bizarre. Idk, more than any sauce that isn’t called like “Nutbuster from Scorpion Hell” it just makes everything taste like…. Sriracha. Not a utility sauce

think about pineapple salsa and now picture the exact opposite

 

not sure how a pineapple is the opposite of a cranberry ,both are good juice

 

An old coworker of mine once let me taste some of this cranberry relish stuff she'd made for Thanksgiving one year and it was godly. Otherwise I'm all about the can shaped cranberry sauce all day every day
