here's my story with coffee

when I was like 6, I was home with my siblings one day when my parents were gone. I went into their room and saw a dark drink in a cup and thought "ooh, dr pepper" and it ended up being old black coffee

haven't touched it since

I won't even drink sweet starbucks stuff

 

any mocha flavored bullshit is a no-go from me

 

ranch is for dipping

 

marinara is good on pizza and breadsticks. Most tea, hot or cold, is good.

 

Josh just eating mozzarella sticks plain like a psycho.

I like coffee-flavored things more than I actually like coffee. I do like coffee, but it's not an every day thing for me. Part of that is the kidney stones, though.

like coffee flavored ice cream (especially with toffee pieces) is a fucking treat

 

I dont like coffee either but I will not have Josh's back

 

I’m coming around on coffee. I never out right hated it but just never really drank it.

Damn, sorry you've had kidney stones. It's why I stopped drinking Snapple and other sugary iced tea drinks that I used down like crazy, as I read the sugars in that could lead to kidney stone problems. Is coffee related to causing them or does coffee exacerbate post kidney stone issues? (you don't have to answer if I'm probing too much and apologies if I am).

 

Love coffee but had to quit a few months ago due to stomach issues. Honestly after maybe 2-3 days, I felt totally fine being off it. I was still exhausted on caffeine, I feel no different after drinking it daily for 13 years. I do miss a good pumpkin spice or blueberry coffee. Or, at my local coffee chain, they have those torani syrups so I'd mix like.. gingerbread and marshmallow. Fucking bomb.

Marinara is incredible. Also can't eat it anymore due to stomach issues. Makes me sad. Pizza, meatballs, chicken Parm, pasta, mozzarella sticks, etc. are some of my favorite foods.

 

Yep last time I had pasta with tomato sauce I had a 2 week long GI flareup

 

One interesting thing they point out in this piece I didn't realize. People with lower income are now getting traditional fast food less, instead they're going to convenience stores that have hot food much more. Wawa is getting all the customers McDonald's is pricing out basically

 

Not a bad idea honestly. McDonald's prices are fucking ridiculous. A solid $30+ for a meal for two. Close to $5 for items that used to be on the dollar menu. Making a mcgangbang is now more expensive than a qpc!
