I maybe grew up in the wrong place and sheltered, but I saw black olives at a burrito place near me as an option and I thought it was weird but then I learned it was a thing elsewhere

Still weird (to me). I don't know when, how or why it was decided to put them on a taco or burrito but whatever I guess. And I like black olives (green olives ruin pizza, black olives on subs and pizza are fine).

The best tacos are still ones where less is more (meat / onion / cilantro / lime).

Olives rule on most things, including nachos. I’ve never had them on a taco or burrito but I’m not against it at all

Yeah, I'm not a Mountain Dew guy but I always like to try the varietals if I can find them. They had a Baja fruit punch that sounded good, but I could only find 12-packs of cans. They did however bring Voltage back at some point and I grabbed a single bottle the other day because it's my fave

Yeah I don't live Black Olives at all on anything. However I do sometimes enjoy Green Olives, and will eat them on a charcuterie plate with some cheese and crackers or on a Greek salad.
